To provide such property and equipment as may be required to support the provision of a range of integrated health and disability services to the people of Akaroa. These services will include: - Primary health care services; - After hours medical and acute care services; - Residential care for elderly people; - Postnatal and postpartum services; - Physiotherapy services; and - Any other medical and health care and/or services as may be determined from time to time by the Directors. The Company will use or invest any surplus funds, or interest accrued on such funds, in the provision of health and disability services as agreed upon from time to time by the Directors. The Company will provide any advisory, supervisory, planning, administrative and support services as are incidental or conducive to achieving the charitable objects outlined above.
