The purposes and objectives of the Society are: a.To further the teaching, study, growth and practice of Aikido Shinryukan b. To maintain a high standard of instruction of Aikido Shinryukan c. To maintain the affiliation to and the grading standard of Aikido Shinryukan Hombu Dojo New Zealand d. To make available and teach the concepts of Aikido Shinryukan to its members and to those interested in the general public e. To focus activities to further the purposes and objectives of the Society primarily in the Top of the South Island (Te Tau Ihu), secondly throughout the rest of New Zealand, and thirdly internationally
