ARCS Manawatū exists to respond to and eliminate sexual violence/harm through social change and specialized education, support and crisis intervention. ARCS Manawatū seeks to assist children and adults in Aotearoa/New Zealand affected by sexual violence/harm and more particularly as follows: To provide support to survivors of sexual violence/harm, family violence and whānau violence. To provide extended support to partners, whānau and friends who are supporting survivors of sexual violence/harm. To raise awareness of sexual violence/harm through education, the collection and dissemination of information and statistics on sexual violence/harm, consciousness-raising and breaking the silence of sexual violence.
