The Company has been incorporated exclusively for charitable purposes within New Zealand and to apply the income and the capital of the Company exclusively to the religious and educational work of spreading the messages of the three angels of Revelation 14:6-12 within New Zealand and to do all such things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of those charitable purposes such as are charitable at law. The Company has no formal affiliation with the Seventh day Adventist Church but is supportive of its general objectives.
