Paemanu Charitable Trust

The purpose of the charitable Trust will be to ensure that the charitable status of the charitable Trust is always maintained and nothing in this clause will derogate from this purpose, and includes but is not limited to the following (solely to the extent the following are exclusively charitable purposes as defined in the relevant legislation):(a) a rōpū for the advancement, revitalization and development of Kāi Tahu visual culture; (b) To promote education of Kāi Tahu visual culture; (c) To facilitate awareness, understanding and appreciation of Kāi Tahu visual culture , heightening the artistic, historical, cultural and spiritual heritage of Ngāi Tahu whānui and New Zealand (d) To promote and raise awareness of the works of Kāi Tahu artists; (e) Such other objects as are for the time being exclusively charitable according to the law of Aotearoa
