Chris Moller joined the board in 2008 and has been our Chair since 2011. He has been a strong hand at the helm as the company evolved through the mixed-ownership-model to become New Zealand's largest listed company and the most successful company in the electricity sector in New Zealand and Australia in terms of total shareholder return. He will retire this year.
