To develop the capacity to build and implement a network infrastructure in remote and isolated underdeveloped regions and enable regional media production and delivery that the context is specific to Church services, Christian conferences, evangelistic crusades, teaching seminars, documentaries, news and other ministry endeavours. To acquire, build or lease the necessary land or buildings needed to fulfill its objectives in New Zealand and Oceania.
