The purposes of the Trust are to: • Create public awareness, promote appreciation and knowledge of music with opportunities for the public of all ages to experience local performances. • To promote and support music performances. • Provide opportunity for local, national and international musicians to get together, play together and to learn from each other. • To initiate and facilitate tuition and professional development such as workshops and other educational events. • Enable performances in Christchurch from performers with International standing for the benefit and growth of our local audiences and musicians.
