To provide for the growth and development of the service by continually assessing the needs of the service as they relate to the trust 6. To employ such persons as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the service 7. To do all such things as required to achieve the charitable purposes of this trust in ensuring the ongoing provision of the service in the Taranaki area and as may be reasonably required from time to time outside that area. 8. To do all such acts and things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of all of the above object
