Gaining perspective on life to reconnect and survive in the outdoor environment. 2.6 Increasing self confidence and self awareness by developing social connections through the creation of special and life-long friendships and bonds. 2.7 Gaining outdoors, mahinga kai life skills and social skills while developing trusted and respected relationships based on manaakitanga, wairuatanga, kotahitanga, rangatiratanga and whakawhanaugatanga. 2.8 Teaching personal development skills and create a pathway for future leaders.
