Kilmarnock Enterprises Limited operates to change attitudes about disabilities, and works towards building a more inclusive society. We achieve this by being a social enterprise that specialises in offering unique, supportive and enriching employment, together with training opportunities in our Employment Pathway Programme to people with intellectual disabilities. Our ability to leverage meaningful business connections through being a contract manufacturer we provide opportunities for Kilmarnock employees with diverse needs to flourish in meaningful employment that contributes to society. They are able to gain hands-on work experience, to upskill, increase their confidence and ultimately pursue their career of choice. Together with its customers, team members and community connections, Kilmarnock is making a difference in the lives of our team members and in the community.
