To raise funds through the levy of annual subs, sponsorship, borrowing money and other means as may be expedient to further the purposes of the HFNZ,& to use these funds, as the HFNZ may consider necessary & proper in payment of costs and expenses. e). To engage in or provide any activity for the benefit of members or for the general public re use of herbs .
